Pre-Activity

Aiming at problematizing issues related to multispecies health and cohabitation, the reading group is a sequel to Political Chemistry that we organized in 2022. Through this activity, we will bring contemporary debates and insights in anthropology, Science and Technology Studies, and different forms of more-than-human sociocultural studies. The reading group will run biweekly from May to June in five episodes (suffering, cinema, disaster, cohabitation, aquaculture), each will be moderated by one key expert of Labtek Apung. The recorded episodes will be edited and republished into a podcast series.
