As anthropogenic forces have been radically reshaping the planet, we strive to better understand conflicts between humans and nonhuman life forms. These conflicts are fundamentally spatial, involving territorial frictions in asymmetrical ways. Our works have been about responding to such slow disasters by documenting and amplifying the voices of less-heard humans and nonhuman species in these conflicts.
